PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Items are made within 3–5 business days (during periods of high workload at the workshop, up to 8 business days).
You can pay for your order using one of the available methods:
- instant payment services LiqPay, WayForPay;
- bank transfer using the account details provided for payment, or PayPal;
- cash on delivery when receiving your order.
DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Orders with cash on delivery are shipped with a 50% prepayment, which covers the cost of the fabric for the item. Please note that “Nova Poshta” charges a commission of 2% of the transfer amount + UAH 20 for the cash-on-delivery service upon receipt.
Delivery within Ukraine
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta. Delivery times within Ukraine are 1–3 business days (depending on your region).
International delivery
International delivery times are 4–10 business days (depending on your region).
Delivery cost is according to Nova Poshta rates.
ORDER TERMS
- No returns. (Only if the item arrived defective, as we operate as an atelier.)
- The buyer may request alterations to the item within 2 days after receipt if the item does not fully satisfy the customer.
- The customer does not have the right to refuse a Product of proper quality that was purchased at a discount, on sale, or made to individual order (no items are in stock at the time of ordering, and each item is made specifically for you).
- When requesting alterations to items, delivery is paid for by the buyer if the measurements were specified incorrectly, and at the atelier’s expense if the error was the atelier’s.
